We provide income tax preparation services for individuals, C-corporations, S-corporations, general and limited partnerships, LLCs, non-profits, and religious organizations. Can’t pay the cost of filing your return up front? No problem. We offer refund transfer* options as well as advances** on your refund.
We work and negotiate with the IRS and/or State tax agencies to resolve tax problems and we provide representation services.
We also offer a tax strategy program, the Tax Stress Relief Program, to make tax season less taxing for taxpayers. The program consists of an in-depth assessment of program participants’ tax position, development of a tax strategy to lessen participants’ tax liabilities and increase tax savings, and quarterly consultations to evaluate and modify, where necessary, the implementation of the tax strategy developed by our tax professionals.
We provide opinions on financial statements for organizations of all business structures of which we are independent. Attestation engagements include agreed upon procedures, compilations, reviews, and audits.
For organizations who require its financial statements to be reviewed or audit, but have never had a review or audit performed, we offer and Audit Readiness Program that consists of reviewing the organization's current internal control framework over its financial reporting, providing recommendations in respect to our review, and writing policies and procedures to implement our recommendations to ensure that once an organization undergoes an attestation engagement, it will receive a favorable opinion on its financial statements.
We offer three service plans for businesses: Basic, Advanced, Premier and Corporate. Our service plans range in price based on but not limited to the the complexity of services provided, the number of business accounts requiring service, and the business's gross income. Our service plans, although standardized, are tailored to the needs of the business to provide the exact services needed.
The pandemic produced a new wave of entrepreneurs who were forced to become business owners as a means to financially survive the impact of COVID-19. As a result, we created a program for new businesses to receive the bare minimum accounting services that every business's accounting function should cover no matter the industry. The Family Tradition Program (FTP) is a combination of core accounting services: business formation (if applicable), quarterly bookkeeping, quarterly reviews to discuss business operations, quarterly estimated tax filing, sales tax return preparation and payment remittance (if applicable), year-end tax preparation. These services are offered in our bundled program at a discounted rate to help build more financially knowledgeable and stable businesses.
We offer four payroll packages based on the number of personnel for which payroll services are required. Personnel count takes both employees and contractors into consideration. The service involves establishing and/or maintaining the appropriate federal and state payroll tax accounts, running payroll via direct deposit or mailing physical checks, remitting the applicable payroll tax returns and payments to the respective agencies, and transmitting year-end payroll documents to include W-2s and/or 1099s to all personnel.
We offer business formation services to those individuals and/or businesses who are interested in forming a new business entity and require assistance setting up the new entity properly.
Our Family Foundation Program (FFP) is our personal financial coaching we offer to individuals who are in need of guidance to improve his/her financial health and literacy in the areas of budgeting, credit, taxes, health insurance, life insurance, retirement planning, and/or estate planning.
The Home Ownership Placement & Empowerment (HOPE) Initiative is a mission-driven program we offer to increase individuals' wealth in the aspect of real estate. The HOPE Initiative is for individuals who want to prepare their finances to qualify for a mortgage loan, or who were in the process of purchasing a home and their finances prevented the pre-approval or successful underwriting of a mortgage loan. Our program consists of a review of the enrollee's monthly income, debt-to-income ratio, and credit profile; recommendations on how to achieve a favorable debt-to-income ratio and credit profile, and a minimum of four (4) one (1) hour reviews to check on the implementation of recommendations and assess its enrollees' progress towards qualifying for a mortgage loan. We also work as a liason between program enrollees and real estate agents and/or mortgage loan officers to ensure that program goals align with mortgage loan requirements. For enrollees whose home ownership process begins with the enrollment into our program. we also connect enrollees with real estate agents and/or mortgage loan officers to assist them throughout the process.

EA proceeds are typically available within 24 hours of IRS acceptance of tax return; however, if direct deposit is selected, it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.
